Landlord Information
Letting only service 3 weeks rent of the first months rent plus vat.
Full management 10% of rent collected plus vat for the length of the tenancy (plus a "finders fee" of 50% of first months' rent plus vat)
Tenancy agreement vendor £40.00 plus vat.
Inventory £30.00 plus vat.

Check-in service

Studio flat £30.00 plus vat.
1 bedroom flat £35.00 plus vat.
2 bedroomproerty £45.00 plus vat.
3 bedroom property £50.00 plus vat.
4+ bedroom property £55.00 plus vat.

Check-Out Service

Studio flat £50.00 plus vat.
1 bedroom flat £55.00 plus vat.
2 bedroom property £65.00 plus vat.
3 bedroom property £70.00 plus vat.
4+ bedroom property £80.00 plus vat.

Tenants information:
Tenant referencing - £50.00 plus vat. (each tenant)
Holding deposit £150.00 for the first tenant and a further £75.00 per additional tenant. (held as part of the security deposit and held by Street Rentals during the referencing period, only refundable in the event that the landlord does not proceed with the let.) The "holding deposit" will be refunded at the end of the tenancy with the "security deposit" subject to any monies needing to be held back for dilapidations, unpaid rent, damage etc.
Security deposit - To the value of one months rent. (required in advance).
Rent - one months rent in advance.
Tenancy agreement - £40.00 plus v at (each tenant)
All further monthly rental payments must be paid by standing order for which each individual tenant will be responsible and will be required to fill out a direct debit form.
